Job Summary
Work closely with L&D team and other departments within FBP division to identify sales training needs and ensure high quality training delivery.
Provide field coaching to counter managers regularly to ensure upskill of retail leaders at POS/BTQ and contribute to salesforce productivity.
Assist L&D manager in learning and development organization related projects to upskill team members and build new capability for the L&D organization.
