Job Summary

  • Work closely with L&D team and other departments within FBP division to identify sales training needs and ensure high quality training delivery.
  • Provide field coaching to counter managers regularly to ensure upskill of retail leaders at POS/BTQ and contribute to salesforce productivity.
  • Assist L&D manager in learning and development organization related projects to upskill team members and build new capability for the L&D organization.
