Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Digital transformation in metals & mining
Project management office (PMO) execution
Use of Primavera/MS Project software
Building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau
Experience with 5D BIM and drone/LiDAR
Extensive travel to project sites
Nice-to-have
Collaboration and stakeholder management
Problem solving and detail orientation
Use of GenAI assistants for reporting
Exposure to IoT geo-fencing material tracking
Strong communication skills
Working on marquee large capital projects
Key Requirements
2–5 years relevant experience in construction and metals/mining
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain
M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred or BE/B.Tech plus MBA
4-8 years total experience
Willingness to travel extensively
Experience with BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro)
