Rockwell Automation is seeking an HR Generalist for their Milano, Italy office to support various HR functions, including performance management, employee development, and compliance programs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of HR experience and be proficient in both English and Italian
Job Summary
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks or programs, including advising people managers on the execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, team building, employee development and compliance programs.
You will report to the HR Manager Italy & Israel and have a hybrid schedule working in Milano, Italy.
