Job Summary
The Desktop Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management, security posture, and operational reliability of all end-user endpoints across the organization.
This role owns provisioning, imaging, configuration, inventory accuracy, patching, and endpoint compliance for physical desktops and laptops, thin clients, and zero clients.
The position partners closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure endpoints are secure, standardized, and support clinical and business operations.
