Job Summary

  • The Desktop Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management, security posture, and operational reliability of all end-user endpoints across the organization.
  • This role owns provisioning, imaging, configuration, inventory accuracy, patching, and endpoint compliance for physical desktops and laptops, thin clients, and zero clients.
  • The position partners closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure endpoints are secure, standardized, and support clinical and business operations.
