Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
  • The position requires coordinating maintenance services with other related departments such as Dietary, Nursing, and Activities to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Candidates will be responsible for participating in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies and developing plans of correction for any noted deficiencies.
