  • Provide critical support to local, state, tribal, and territorial clients, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and FEMA's Disaster Assistance Policy.
  • Analyze insurance policies, settlements, and receipts to provide informed recommendations and calculate insurance adjustments in accordance with federal and insurance guidelines.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to verify quantities, develop cost estimates, and resolve discrepancies, while also educating clients on insurance standards to reduce de-obligation risks.
