Provide critical support to local, state, tribal, and territorial clients, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and FEMA's Disaster Assistance Policy.
Analyze insurance policies, settlements, and receipts to provide informed recommendations and calculate insurance adjustments in accordance with federal and insurance guidelines.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to verify quantities, develop cost estimates, and resolve discrepancies, while also educating clients on insurance standards to reduce de-obligation risks.
