Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, or integrated marketing strategy roles
  • 5+ years working in a top tier consulting firm and/or digital marketing agency
  • Experience leading and delivering complex projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end consulting approaches
  • Understanding of marketing technologies (martech/adtech)
  • 4+ years of experience using data, analytics, and research
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
