Job Summary
The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles and populations.
This role requires ensuring audit processes are implemented to assure Sarbanes-Oxley, external and internal audit compliance and working with multiple teams to maintain system functionality.
The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed, and is not a remote role.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or related field or associate degree with 4 years experience
Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources
Certified Payroll Professional or similar designation preferred
Work authorization to work in Costa Rica
Experience with WFM, E-Time, Workday, ADP, SAP or similar systems preferred
