Candidates will lead improvement initiatives, manage the full lifecycle of sub-contractor registration, evaluation, and compliance including foreign worker permits.
The position requires coordinating sub-contracting work for specific projects and assisting project management on claims assessment and cost reporting.

Must-have
Diploma or Degree in Engineering
1 year subcontracting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP iSRP
Knowledge of contract law and labor policies
Offshore and marine construction capabilities
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with foreign worker permit processes
Ability to conduct site and dormitory interviews
Market rate knowledge for labor and services
Key Requirements
