Job Summary

  • This role will focus on Operations and Support of various of GPN applications, monitoring the production and certification environment to ensure application SLAs are met.
  • Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems, and provide second-level support for Global internal teams.
  • Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes and work on assignments requiring considerable initiative.
