Job Summary
This role will focus on Operations and Support of various of GPN applications, monitoring the production and certification environment to ensure application SLAs are met.
Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems, and provide second-level support for Global internal teams.
Will assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes and work on assignments requiring considerable initiative.
