Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Current member of Alberta Law Society
  • Ten or more years insurance litigation experience
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Experience in construction, commercial liability, specialty lines, auto/transportation
  • Expertise in pleadings, discoveries, trials/arbitration
