Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or recognized nursing program equivalent
  • Current LPN or LVN state license
  • Current CPR and AED certification
  • State requirements for basic IV therapy
  • Two years in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Completion of FDA approved BioLife Medical Support Specialist training
