  • This role provides consultative and technical guidance to clients on claims-related matters, including targeted claim reporting, serving as a liaison between clients, carriers, and business partners, and coordinating claim reviews.
  • The consultant develops, implements, and monitors customized Claim Service Plans, provides contract interpretation and coverage analysis, assists clients in resolving claim issues, and facilitates tailored internal and external training programs, applying sound judgment and subject-matter expertise.
