Job Summary
The role involves configuring, installing, supporting, and maintaining IT hardware and software including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
Candidates will provide level two support for servers, Cisco network infrastructure, and printer environments while coordinating with service providers.
The position requires the ability to work rotating day or night shifts consisting of 12-hour periods on a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule.
