Salary
Base: $152,500.00 - $262,350.00 Annually depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Annual performance bonus and equity may be included; Benefits: Comprehensive choice-based programs including healthcare and PTO

10+ years BSA/AML/CFT experience
Bank or regulated financial institution background
Program design and governance leadership
SAR/CTR governance and reporting
Regulatory exam management
Nice-to-have
CAMS certification preferred
Experience with de novo charter formation

Vendor and technology implementation roadmap
Board-level training delivery
