The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while observing for skin breakdowns and pressure areas.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data
