You will be embedded within the Energy & Energy Transition sector coverage team, supporting execution across M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory, and leveraged finance transactions.
This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one and is ideal for experienced vice presidents who want to be part of a rapidly scaling team with real client exposure.
As a Vice President in Energy & Energy Transition Coverage, you will play a key leadership role in the execution of complex transactions while developing relationships with key clients and driving new business opportunities.

Key Requirements
4–6+ Years Finance, Accounting Business, Legal or related field/sector
3+ years experience as an investment banking associate
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM
FINRA licensed, including SIE, Series 63, and Series 79
