This role is pivotal in delivering technology-enabled services to clients during their initial onboarding journey onto the SimCorp Azure platform.
The successful candidate will lead design workshops with clients and vendors while managing complex Citrix infrastructure issues including Gateway, StoreFront, and HDX sessions.

Salary
Base: $104,240 - $143,300 CAD (Toronto only); Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health, dental care, time off, Group RRSP/TFSA

Citrix Cloud and Citrix DaaS support
Active Directory and DNS troubleshooting
SAML and Identity Provider federation knowledge

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years supporting mission-critical systems
