Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment to provide competent technical support and training.
Trains all staff in how to complete and record PMs and other documents in an FDA regulated environment and use the PMC System for reporting and analysis.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level to identify and eliminate root causes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
Eight or more years maintenance experience in manufacturing
Five or more years supervisory experience
Three or more years in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace/defense, food production)
Three or more years leading teams using CMMS systems
