Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will partner and enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
You will build technical and maintenance skills of technicians, spend at least 50% of time on skill development, and be responsible for change management and breakdown analysis.
