Job Summary

  • Support / maintain IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, VPN, Firewalls, Switches, Desktops/Laptops (Windows 11) Imaging machines for general employee laptops, QA laptops and developer desktops.
  • Day to day administrative works on Office 365, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and ensure all endpoints are update to date with patches and secured.
  • Work with the Operations Team to provide a high level of service to our internal staff in our Sydney, Melbourne and overseas offices.
