Job Summary

  • You will lead a team of Client Associates (CAs) to deliver exceptional client experiences and performance results by maximizing every client interaction throughout the branch.
  • You will support the Manager, Financial Solutions (MFS), by partnering and sharing responsibility for the branch’s sales performance, cash management, operational effectiveness, and both client and employee experience.
