Job Summary
The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the various operational departments within the facility to facilitate optimum efficiency, maximize profits and provide exceptional customer service.
Lead all capital projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence, and act as contact for key stakeholders like HCSCC, the Houston Texans, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for all operational needs.
Ensure compliance with all codes, laws, ordinances, policies, and emergency procedures, and review client and guest surveys to address challenges and improve experience.

Key Requirements
