Job Summary
The position involves providing medical, surgical, and postoperative management for patients with orthopedic conditions, specifically focusing on the hand.
Physicians will work collaboratively with other medical specialties and APPs across Bend and Redmond hospitals as well as ambulatory surgery centers.
The role requires participation in an orthopedic hand call rotation covering elbow to fingertips and potential involvement in trauma room coverage.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Board certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Current ATLS certification required
Oregon MD/DO medical license
Unrestricted DEA number
Active hospital privileges at St. Charles Health System
Nice-to-have
Fellowship trained sub-specialist experience
Experience in hospital and outpatient practice environments
Collaborative team working skills
Strong communication with diverse populations
Intermediate to advanced EMR proficiency
Key Requirements
Graduation from accredited medical school
Completion of accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
Board eligibility/certification in Orthopedic Surgery
Valid Oregon MD/DO license
Current ATLS certification
Unrestricted DEA number
Ability to maintain Medicare/Medicaid participation
