Job Summary
Ensure the maintenance systems are running efficiently to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties.
Assist in the development of the annual budget and RFP process for budgeted projects.
Maintain and check the daily operating logs for the central plant, including the logs for Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, fan units, graph charts, utility meters, and general complaints.

4+ years building/property maintenance experience

Central Plant (including Chiller) experience required
