Job Summary

  • Responsible for training, planning, scheduling, and directing the work of a group of hourly production workers, ensuring all aspects of safety, housekeeping, production, quality, and cost control are managed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate production records, ensure operator compliance with plant rules and regulations, and handle employee discipline and grievances at the supervisor’s level.
