  • The Audiovisual Service Technician is to provide end user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolutions to a variety of government customers and work closely with AV engineers, AV installation technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth end user experience of all AV systems.
  • Perform onsite AV system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure high levels of operational readiness and provide meeting and event support including set-up, in-meeting assistance, and post event breakdown or support.

Associate (Level 2): $75,650.00 - $102,350.00; Mid-Level (Level 3): $96,050.00 - $129,950.00; Senior (Level 4): $119,850.00 - $162,150.00; Benefits: Variety of benefit programs
