Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual dimensional and functional inspections
  • Use of pin gage caliper optical comparator
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP
  • Understanding of GD&T and sampling plans
  • Experience with Oracle Quality modules

Nice-to-have

  • IPC certification preferred
  • ISO13485 quality standards knowledge
  • Process improvement and problem solving skills
  • Ability to train other personnel
  • Detail oriented and organized work style

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 year experience as Quality Inspector or 2 years related manufacturing inspection
  • Associate's degree in inspection preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO13485 standards preferred
