Job Summary

  • The Director, Fleet Center is responsible for the full operational and financial performance of the Nextpower Fleet by defining and executing the enterprise-wide fleet and fleet asset management strategy.
  • This role drives operational excellence, maximizes asset utilization, controls cost, ensures compliance, and builds scalable systems that support enterprise growth.
  • Lead a multi-layered organization including managers and functional leaders and design organizational structures, drive succession planning, and build leadership bench strength.
