The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a Program Consultant to manage projects and provide subject matter expertise related to the unique intersection of mental health, developmental disabilities and substance use services and the justice system.
The selected candidate will develop, coordinate, and manage projects to expand and enhance mental health treatment services for individuals with justice-involvement and work alongside DMHDDSUS leaders to implement the strategic plan.
