• Vendor Sourcing & Management - Identify and evaluate suppliers for precision components, raw materials (metals, alloys, specialty materials), tooling, and consumables - Develop and maintain approved vendor lists - Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations (quality, delivery, cost, compliance) - Build long-term relationships with strategic suppliers • Procurement Planning - Review MRP/production plans and raise purchase orders accordingly - Ensure on-time procurement to avoid production delays - Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for material specifications - Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) - Track order status and expedite critical deliveries • Cost Control & Negotiation - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers - Perform cost analysis and benchmarking - Identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality • Inventory Coordination & Documentation - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse - Avoid stockouts and overstocking - Support inventory optimization initiatives - Maintain procurement records and documentation - Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing Position Requirements • 2–5 years of procurement experience in precision manufacturing, machining, automotive, aerospace, or related industries • Knowledge of machining processes, CNC components, raw materials (steel, aluminium, alloys), and technical drawings • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (Excel) Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
