Job Summary

  • This role ensures the Markets division activities comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while managing associated legal risks.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on equity derivatives products, including corporate equity derivatives and equity swaps in the Americas.
  • As a Director, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage a large team or sub-function, and act as a principal contact point for key clients and regulators.
