Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, observing and reporting changes in condition, preparing meals, and providing support.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum (Ontario & Alberta)
Experience working with seniors
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
