Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production team’s operations, effective allocation resources of labor, equipment during specific shift work and ensuring that the production goals are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety regulation are strictly followed.
Proactively coordinate with partners from other functions at Dong Nai site to ensure that products produced consistently to meet compliance, quality, processes, and time delivery.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by educating and directing personnel how to use equipment and facilities efficiently.
