Job Summary
Lead the laboratory team, including resource management and team development (15 FTE) and act as the point of contact for HV testing at Zürich-Altstetten MICAFIL.
Analyze & implement efficient production & business processes to increase safety, quality and productivity and ensure high output through reliable high-voltage testing procedures (AC, DC, impulse, partial discharge).
Collaborate closely with planning, quality assurance, logistics, other production departments and relevant stakeholders for holistic process design and improvement.
