11+ years asset management experience
Private credit and fixed income expertise
Fund launch and structuring lifecycle
Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
Regulatory, legal, and tax framework knowledge

Experience with rated feeder structures
Knowledge of PGIM competition landscape
Ability to manage small team
Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Key Requirements
