  • Serve as the focal point for customer quality communication and issue resolution at plant level.
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams in problem-solving (8D, RCCA) for customer complaints, deviations and returns.
  • Monitor customer quality performance metric (DPPM, claims etc) and drive improvement actions.
