Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5 years Building Services experience
  • FCU servicing and C&G Pts 1 & 2
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring qualification
  • Simmtronic lighting control proficiency
  • Emergency lighting testing skills
  • elogbooks CAFM system experience

Nice-to-have

  • Proactive high standard of operation
  • Excellent IT and email communication
  • Ability to work under pressure calmly
  • Strong supply chain liaison skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Building Services
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
  • C&G Pts 1 & 2 equivalent or exceeds
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation certification
  • Experience with elogbooks CAFM system
