Job Summary
The Regional Human Resources manager provides operational and consultative human resources support for multiple Nexstar work locations.
The HR Manager partners closely with business leaders and the Human Resources leadership team to execute key HR initiatives across performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, succession planning, and policy implementation.
This role is well suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is skilled at supporting leaders through change.

Key Requirements
