  • Lead a go-to-market strategy to develop an assigned database, prospect and convert new relationships and maximize lead generation.
  • Negotiate and structure equipment finance and leasing transactions, manage originated transactions wing-to-wing, and understand TDEF’s value proposition.
  • Manage the existing portfolio, ensuring customer service expectations are met and assisting the risk team with any distressed accounts.
