Key Requirements

  • 3+ years applicable experience
  • 1+ years MSP Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA and RMM software
  • Proficient Microsoft Windows Server skills
  • Experience with Routing, Switching, & Firewall/Edge
  • Working knowledge of Virtualization solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and Power Bi reporting strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
