Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years CMDB administration experience
  • Proficient with ServiceNow or BMC Helix CMDB
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and normalization
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation, CHAMP and/or CSAM certifications (preferred)
  • Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) (preferred)
