Job Summary

• This role will lead and inspire the teammates in the facility to optimize plant performance through continuous improvement in all areas, including safety, environmental, quality/delivery, productivity, cost, and associate experience.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a strategy to accomplish long-range goals supporting Shaw's business outcomes; ensuring the strategic plan is understood and translated into action for all production department managers, staff, and associates through compelling communication, goal alignment, and performance management.
• Create an environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and relentless pursuit of improvement and provides associates opportunities for advancement and support succession planning.
