Job Summary

  • Manage employees to conduct assessments of processes and practices across BDS Fabrication to drive improvement in quality, schedule and cost performance.
  • Works with cross functional teams to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish business initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
