Base: $29.86 - $43.34 per hour; Bonus: $10,000 retention bonus for eligible external candidates; Benefits: Comprehensive packages including medical, dental, vision, 403B, and education assistance

Must-have
Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology
NAACLS accredited Medical Technologist program completion
One year full-time acceptable clinical laboratory experience
Supervised by pathologist or board certified medical scientist
Accredited internship or documented on-the-job training
Nice-to-have
Current ASCP, AMT, or NCA certification as Medical Technologist
Team-driven customer service approach
Basic computer literacy skills
Strong oral and written English language command
Previous HEW certified MT credentialing
Key Requirements
BS in Clinical Lab Tech or related science with rotation
Baccalaureate degree with specific science courses and NAACLS program
Degree with 16 semester hours biology/chemistry and 1 year experience
New graduate to 5 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Setting
