Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid current RN license
  • Assessing physical and behavioral health needs
  • Developing individual nursing care plans
  • Administering medications accurately
  • Supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other staff
  • Documenting patient status and treatment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in behavioral health environment
  • Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
  • One or more years clinical experience
  • Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply
  • Participating in therapy groups and family meetings

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing
  • Valid current RN license from state or compact state
  • Preferred: Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery
  • Preferred: Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
