  • Cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience in multiple ITIL processes
  • Establishing KPIs and driving continual service improvements
  • Analytical ability, strong judgment and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Leadership and team members
  • Having experience with ServiceNow is highly beneficial
