• This role is focused on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex hardware and system issues, partnering closely with engineers, calibration teams, operators, IT groups, and third-party vendors to ensure maximum uptime and reliable test operations.
• The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and replacing various hardware components, executing device imaging and configuration, and investigating recurring or complex issues to perform root-cause analysis.
