Job Summary

  • The Assistant General Counsel, Patent Litigation role is responsible for actively developing and executing patent litigation strategy across a broad and diverse international intellectual property and product/technology portfolio.
  • This role is also responsible for avoiding litigation and other disputes, through preventative and pragmatic legal advice, identification of potential risk areas, and driving early resolution of disputes/claims when necessary.
  • Drive AI solutions to deliver AI initiatives, including those related to litigation management and outcomes.
