Lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital improvement and rehabilitation projects by defining scope, budget, schedule, risks, and delivery strategies from project initiation through procurement.
Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver compliant, constructable designs that integrate permanent works, temporary works, shoring, sequencing, and site constraints.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and agencies; lead coordination meetings, provide clear reporting, and ensure operational and constructability considerations are addressed.
